Could you please update your anti-cheat system? When I tried to log in after not playing for a few weeks, I was greeted with a screen saying my account had been banned. I did not receive any email with an explanation, and my ban history shows no reason. I contacted support but only received a generic message stating I violated the TOS. I suspect my account may have been flagged either due to an unfamiliar IP or because the anti-cheat mistakenly detected WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) as a Linux environment. If my account was banned because of such an error, Is there even a way for me to prove that I did not cheat? I want to play again Apex on my account instead of creating a new one because of EAC's error

Hey Unikorin,
If your EA acount's been banned, you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team if you want to dispute it to try to get the account unbanned. This isn't something we can help with here on the forums.

The same problem. I played apex for the last time about half a year ago. And I decided to play this game again. I log into my account, and they tell me that my account was blocked on June 13 due to non-compliance with the user agreement policy. Although there is just a void in the column of reasons for blocking.
