Problems with GEFORCE Now

Hello,

I bought GEFORCE Now to play Apex Legends, because my hardware isn't the best, after some time of playing, i keep getting this error: EC: 10502 You've launched this game on too many devices in the last 24 hours. Wait a bit before relaunching the device. | So, the game isn't really playable from geforce now. Many people had this problem for very long, and i see you didn't really do nothing. Geforce Now support told me to ask here, because the problem is on you. I have no experience in such things - but couldn't you create an option in account settings to turn it off? Or maybe something else?

I really hope you already will fix this problem, Alexander

Just so that you are aware and as far as I understand it Apex does not support Cloud computing I.E. Virtual Machines.

With that in mind running the game using 3rd party software could lead to account issues.

Please re-read the EA/Apex Terms of agreement https://www.ea.com/legal/user-agreement

    (Edit:Update):

If you get a message that says: Too many computers have accessed this account’s version of [game name] recently. Please try again later.

This is because you can only install your game on up to five computers per 24-hour period, as mentioned in our Terms of Service.

Here are some things that can count as a new computer:

    • using a different computer
    • changing the hardware in your current computer
    • using a virtual machine
    • using a cloud gaming service.

It can take up to 24 hours for you to be able to relaunch the game.

Why would they put the game even there then? If it does not work properly, and they knew that it won't work they shouldn't put it in geforce now.
