Problems with season 11

Okay i am gonna keep this short.

The game has been basically unplayble since the season 11 lauched. The game is compiling shaders everytime when i launch the game what takes about 2-5 minutes, the game is either just loading and kicking me out after certain amount of time or if i get to a match, it skips the character selection screen and i am getting random legends for the game. Even if i get to the game, the que times have tripled now, takes about 3-5minutes just to find a match and this is happening in every mode.

So those who are or has been suffering these issues, any fixes? Missed the ranked split again because of this, and i guess i dont need to do the events...
