Profile not permitted to play online

I play on Xbox with a new gen series x. Every time I try to join/play apex it says this account is not permitted to play online then it goes to a black screen with text about connectivity issues. Sometimes it lets me get into the lobby but it kicks me out when I try and que. please help I am trying to play with my friends

    @CoopLuck 

    Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Also, you can try clearing the personal saved data for Apex Legends. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    • Press the Guide button and then highlight the Apex Legends tile.
    • Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
    • Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

    That looks like a ban has been issued. Please contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can look in to this for you.

  • I did everything you recommended and for a while it was working. I have made sure that my xbox settings permit me to play online but I still get a message telling me this profile is not permitted to play online. It is really weird because sometimes it lets me play with no problems and other times I can’t join and play for more than 2 minutes before my dame crashes. I have tried to use the troubleshooting method that ea has but it did not fix the problem. I don’t think it could be a ban or suspension because I don’t cheat, say, or do bad things. If you think of anything that it could be that would be great but I really have no clue what is going on. The file shows the message that appears before I crash.

    Hi there, @CoopLuck 

    I believe this is a message from Xbox and not EA. Go to your Xbox settings > General > Online safety & family. Make sure the settings here allow for online play. If it all looks good, try contacting Xbox support to see if they can assist. Thanks!
