PS4 Controller issues on Apex

Any time I'm playing Apex at random points in the game my character will be uncontrollable. They will spin uncontrollably, won't stop running, and all controls stop working for brief period of time. I've tried different controller, resetting the controller, resetting the system all to no avail. Anyone else having this issue?

Ah, I see. Thanks for clarifying that for me!

Have you checked out the controller dead zone settings in Apex Legends to see if that helps at all?

Hey @XX1EL_DiabloXX.

Do you have any other devices connected to your PS4 at the moment? If so, try disconnecting every other device besides the controller. Let me know if you're still seeing any weird control issues afterward.

No, the only thing connected is the controller. It doesn't occurs with any other games, just Apex.

Hmm, gotcha. Does it seem like it happens at any particular point in the game, or is it just totally random? Is there any way that you could snag a video of this happening so we can take a look?

@EA_Kent Dude yesssss it’s so annoying I switch controllers and same issue, it’s the the game it’ll just spazz on me and has a major lag to the buttons

@XX1EL_DiabloXX Yes, I call mine the left turn glitch. At any given time my crosshairs just move left. Usually at the worst moment possible. I have tried a new controller as well. Still no avail

@EA_Kent I have video of this happening as well as booted from ranked matches and getting penalized. How come no one will respond on that issue?!?!?!?!

Any fix to this. yet? I even bought a new controller. Took apart my other controller and cleaned it. Still toggle goes crazy

I did want to clarify something. Are you playing on PlayStation 4, or are you using a DualShock 4 to play on PC?
