(Ps4) Error 404 Been like for days tried everything

I need help when i try to plau apex it says error 404 and says contact ea and the first time i did was three days ago and i have done everything rebuilt database used diffrent dns reinstalled game twice and nothing works please i need help. I might add it sometimes lets me play 1 or teo games then kicks me off and i cant play for another day.

@teregillette May i know what connection you use? Wifi or cable?
And what public DNS did you try?

@EzyHawk I use cable and the dns was the one instructed to be used by ea support 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

@teregillette Could you please try cloudflares dns?
using ipv4: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
or ipv6: 2606:4700:4700::1111 and 2606:4700:4700::1001
if you do not know how to set it up let me know.

I’m currently trying to play the game but it keeps giving me the unable to connect error and the data center download stuck at 404 anyone have any tips
this is on ps4 by the way
