PS4 Issues playing the game
I saw a post similar to the issue I was experiencing but, I'm on ps4.
Whenever I try to play apex after pressing x to log in I'm met with first a screen presented with the error code WV-33898-1, and then a completely white screen after resetting my router and redoing my wifi connection settings. On the white screen, it just says error 0000000. My little brother is able to play apex on the same console from a different account so, it's an issue only affecting me. Is there any way to fix this or at least find out what's going on?
Add on: I checked for an update and the console says it's up to date.
