Am playing on PS4. Whatever I try I can´t hear anybody in game. Wireless/wired headset, plugged into PS4 USB or into different controllers.
Sometimes I see another player with a loudspeaker, but still can´t hear him - however I can switch to display chat as text and I see some text of the stuff said players seem to say.
I think I tried a lot in PS4 / Apex properties, restarted router etc etc
Any clue?
In-game audio (pick up group, not premade group in lobbys). Can hear all other game sounds perfectly, just not my team.

In my Settings I have:
I have first 3 on 100%, Music volume 30%, Convert Incoming Voice to chat is off (sometimes I stumble upon a player seeming to use coice chat, when I toggle voice to chat I can see some difficult to understand stuff).
You ask "Can you try adjusting your chat volume and other audio volumes to see if anything comes through at a certain setting? " - Where should I try that?
Now what eludes me is that for me my speaker icon never shows up beside my name. When I took a break from Apex a year or so ago all worked fine.
Installed patch 1.63, didnt help.
Opening ports TCP 80, 776,3478,3479,3480 and UDP 3478, 3479 did not help either.
Solved.
Found a toggle "Disable game chat audio" that was activated. Was probably me, human error.
