PS5 - Can't enable voicechat after S15 HELP PLS!
Right before the launch of Season 15 I disabled voice chat ingame due to toxic teammates via settings menu, I then turned off the game and took a break to wait for season launch.
Now after Season 15 launched my voicechat is like permanently muted (I guess cuz I disabled it right b4 launch of S15 in settings) and I can't find the option to unmute/mute voice chat anymore under Settings so I can't communicate anymore since S15 launch.
The sound however works just fine in Apex, it's just the voicechat (They can't hear me and I can't hear my teammates).
Things I've tried:
Uninstall + reinstall game (3 times).
Tried different headsets (both works perfectly on other console)
I've done following: Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.
Turned off playstation and let it be off for hours without power cable connected to poweroutlet.
Restoring router.
Tried different DNS.
Tried the PS4 version of Apex on the PS5 and strangely there it actually works with both headsets (but no option to enable/disable tho).
Tried logging into secondary Playstation account and on that account everything worked perfectly fine.
I've tried to restore all my ingame settings on main account to default, nothing helps.
I've tried Google without finding anyone with this issue after S15.
I've tried Reddit but no answers after 2 posts.
I've tried contacting EA help on twitter but no help.
I've tried submitting ticket to EA but not getting anywhere.
I'm really running out of more things to try and I really need help, I can't communicate with friends or my BF while playing and it's super frustrating not being able to communicate since that is super important in the game, it just isnt fun playing without being able to talk to them.
