Ps5 Controller not accepting every input

Hello, I tried to find other people having this issue to no avail. Whether I play with the dual sense on both the ps5 and pc and both times, I have this problem where if I shoot single fire repeatedly, I stop firing after a few shots. This also sometimes causes my reload button to not be responsive as well. I have two different controllers and it happened on both.
