PS5 matchmaking not happening

I was used to playing on PC for a long time and got a break. Now I logged into PS5, and the matching only goes up to 6 players in queue. Then it reduces, and I haven't gotten a match yet. I've tried several times, but when my PC friend is with me, the match happens instantly.I'm in southeast server asian.

saminda969 Were you banned prior to having this issue?

I'm asking because it sounds like you are having a matchmaking penalty, (which if it is a matchmaking penalty, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team).
