PS5 to PC Cross Progression

I've been playing apex on PS5, but i got a PC and made a new apex account since cross progression a thing before. My EA acount has always been linked to my steam and playstion network. I have just received the cross progression notification on my PC but when I clicked continue it loaded up and it was the account I did not want to use. I then decided to check my PS5 and lucky enough I got the notification, but this time it gave me another notification about which account will be merged. It picked the higher level account which I expected and I'm grateful for not losing anything, buy my PC still has the lower level account. I'm sure I didn't make another EA account but I could be wrong. I didn't unlink or link any accounts either, all I did was open the game one at a time on both devices, got the alert, and nothing changed. 

How do I go about moving my PS5 stats to my PC?
