PSN Account Ineligible

I am trying to play Apex Legends on PS4 but keep getting a message of Invalid Account. Tried to log trough the browser and get  Account Ineligible We're sorry, but your EA account or your account ...

    Hey, so after being on hold with EA for an hour they magically fixed it, no ineligible error finally! Go to help.ea.com. The customer support tech named Chris figured it out. its something on their side that needs fixed, so if you're patient they'll fix it eventually...

I cannot connect to server it say " this account is invalid

An i was jist on the day befor this happend it started last night

    you need to link again your psn with ea account
