Punishment for disconnect in rank battel royal

Just now I have been disconnect from a match, when I enter later I receive a match delay punish and my rank point was reduce for that. How could you punish player for your own server problem?

I don't remember and it happen again. does that mean I have to suffer one more time to get my point back?
