Well let's try some basic steps first:
Run a System File Check
- Open up a Command Prompt with Admin perms
- Run the command "sfc /scannow"
Repair game files
Steam
- Right click Apex
- Go to properties
- Go to Local Files
- Select "Validate integrity of Game files"
Origin
- Right click Apex
- Select repair game files
Check your storage health
Open command prompt in administrator mode and type chkdsk X: /f /r where X is the hard drive letter and hit the ‘Enter’ key.
(If you are using multiple storage mediums, then just go by the drives one by one)
Check your RAM

Let me know if anything of this helped, otherwise we gotta find another fix.

I've run the "sfc /scannow" command as an administrator but it tells me that Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
