So it looks like my anti-virus blocks the game for some reason. If i add the game folder to my antivirus exception list, the game can run. I was also running into this error but not after adding the game to the exceptions list. Prevviously i didnt even get this eroor, the game just wouldn't start at all. It would show in task manager but not open up.
