r5apex.exe error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
What should I do now? this message appears when the blue bar loads, i tried everything. I am waiting for technical support answer

Everything to refresh the system, I've perfected it and done many ways but still be like that. I have had this problem for 5 days, I have a headache about this, the .NET framework and directx I have updated to the latest version.
