r5apex.exe never exits and cannot be killed

So Paladins have similar issue, with 1 CPU core 100% after closing game,but same * happens need to restart pc in order to get rid of it, EASY ANTI CHEAT is causing all of this.

@balladd I think so, too. Probably some remainder stack in memory that hasn't been unloaded / desheduled properly. It should be investigated by EA / EAC, because it poses a potential exploit vulnerability.
