Rampart heirloom not unlocking

@EA_David yes, I have done that. I had an old EA account that I forgot about and had that connected to my xbox account so I reconnected it to my actual EA account.
Choose Rampart from the Legends screen & go to Skins next to her you should see an option to equip Problem Solver. I was having this problem too.
- @OwenEnzor I just tried that and it didn't work... nothing shows up or says anything about equipping it. Thanks for the help though.

Unfortunately unlinking accounts can have some knock-on effects on the BP and other items, and this may be a factor here.
We've flagged your situation for investigation, but the unlinking may be a critical factor.
In any case once you hit 110 could you grab some proof of the completed BP, a clip showing your username and the maxed final level.@EA_David It won't let me upload a clip but here's a couple pictures of the fully completed battle pass and then one on the homescreen with my username and it saying that I've completed the battlepass.
