Random FPS and frametime drops

Hello everyone. I bought RX 5700 XT in the spring and I just can't get it to work normally with the apex. I have already tried a bunch of everything - I bought additional high-frequency RAM, overcloc...

@o1pwer ok man.. been trying out some different v-sync settings and adaptive v-sync works best imo.. best clarity and less input lag..

do you have any information on your connection? ping/latency etc.. these really affect how smooth your game runs

    I understand that high ping may cause teleportation and movement jitter, but my stutters are FPS stutters. vsync isnt an option for me because it increases already high input lag
