Hi Kent,
I have the exact same issue as Levehzor. It happens every other game and stays for the whole game. If I quit the match immediately and join another match there is no issue at all.
Sometimes I play 5-10 matches without any issue and then suddenly I get the random packet loss game again. Also lately since seaons 5/6 it got more frequent and i have at least 3-4 packet loss games per evening if I am playing 10-20 matches.
I have already tried most of the basic connectivity troubleshooting like flushing DNS, restart of router etc. . I also tried port forwarding and changing the data center but all the data centers have 0% packet loss and 10-20 ms ping for me at all time.
Also checked in my router for any general connectivity issues but everything is just fine. I don't have any issues with packet loss in other games as well.
I wanted to try the UOTrace application but for that I guess I need the actual Apex server address(es) to test it?
I am on EU servers.
Hope you can help me with this issue.

Which datacenter are you normally connecting to? Have you had a chance to test any others to see if that makes a difference at all?

thanks for the quick reply.
It usually auto selects "Frankfurt I" as it has the best ping for me. I have tried "Frankfurt II" as my buddy is getting this per default, but didn't change anything.
Havent't tried any other ones yet, cause the ping is "worse" on those, but I will try it today.
Can you give me a server name or IP address that I should test the IOTrace with or do you think this won't help in my case?

So now I have tried playing on Amsterdam Datacenter and the 4th game was a packet loss game again. The Datacenter shows a ping of 23 and 0 packet loss in the menu.
And now that @Amra_gasp is describing his issues in more detail, I realize that I haven't described all the issues that I am facing. When I try to leave such a match or we get killed, I am stuck in "connecting to lobby" as well. Sometimes I reach lobby after maybe 5 minutes or so but mostly I Alt+F4 and get a "Unable to reconnect - reservation timed out" error as well. I confirm it and then I can get back to the lobby. Also the frame by frame feel of the match is identical to what @Amra_gasp described.
I am experiencing exactly the same issue. im 250down, 100up, very stable optic cable internet from Telekom, Germany.
I have never had this problem before Season 6.
I do not believe that this is net issue as I have ran through your troubleshoot program and I will attach the file here with the data from the test.
As soon as I would alt tab mid game and try to go back I will experience this huge packet loss where people skip infront of me for a full meter and its unplayable.
I also cannot leave this game as its stuck on leave game. I wouldn have to alt F4 and come back in the game. Many itimes i get this issue even without alt tabbing.
I reinstalled the game, tried playing through VPN, have no AV or any other software and I am clueless on how to get this resolved.
Thank you for any tip that will lead me and everyone else to a solution.

Unfortunately I don't have the IP address of any of the servers to test the connection directly to them. Have you both checked to make sure the recommended ports for Apex Legends are open on your network? You can find more details about the specific ports over at the EA Help website. I'd recommend giving that a shot if you haven't already.

I have already forwarded those ports but it didn't solve the issue for me.
