Community ManagerCan't say that I have seen this issue affecting any other users @Chrisz123132 and I would say that it is most likely an issue with the mouse of your system. If you are hearing the disconnection sound then this would point to a possible issue with the mouse. Can you try a different USB port on your system to see if it makes a difference?

I can confirm that he isn't the only one receiving this issue. This is my 2nd razer mouse purchased, the mouse is new and am having the same issue after replacing it when the fist did the same thing. Not only that but there are several reddit posts of others having similar issues and only for Apex.
