Re: 1 players in queue

Hi there,

My Apex Legends game on Xbox is now stuck in matchmaking after account got hacked. 

I recently got my account back after my hotmail was taken from me - I found a ban but since it wasnt me I was successfully able to overturn it but now I cant load into any matches or firing range or games because its stuck on "1 player in queue" 

Any help for this would be greatly appreciated thank you!
