When attempting to enter matchmaking, the queue remains stuck at 1 player and does not progress. Even when queuing with a friend, it only displays “2 players in queue” and never starts a match.

This issue occurs even with cross-play enabled. I have searched for possible solutions online, verified the integrity of the game files, and reinstalled the game, but the issue persists.

I would appreciate any guidance or solutions regarding this issue. Thank you.

xodlfzxcv This issue is most often caused by your account getting banned and then unbanned.

I've been having a similar issue, where I seem to be stuck in 1 player in queue in a particular server and when I switch servers it seems like I'm in some sort of restricted queue. I've contacted my service provider and they claim that there's no issue on their end.
Any guidance or solutions would be appreciated.
