I've moved your post into its own thread in the Apex section here, as the situation you're describing seems unrelated to the initial thread.
That said however, we are not able to make changes or review any account actions on the forums.
If you believe someone else had accessed the account, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to resecure the account.
I would also contact support at that point so they can help re-secure the account itself if needed, and they'll be able to have this looked into by our Terms of Service team at that point to check into the ban itself.
If you've already re-secured the account, you can create an appeal here to contact the Terms of Service team directly so they can review that situation for you.
