What do you mean exactly that your account is a novice account? Do you mean that your game progress is missing?

@EA_QueenBee On July 14, I received the official letter from EA and the verification code, but I didn't want to change anything in the account at all, and when I played at 11 o'clock to play, the login account became a novice account.

What do you use to play Apex Legends? Do you play on a console, Steam, the EA app, etc?
