Vince we already have emulator SSE 4.2 on old processors, but EAC(Easy Anti Cheat) block it, please enable emulator ! And problem get solved! This emulator for XEON (and over old processor from intel, AMD have same on their website) - But EAC block it, I try many times. Sadly
