Lost Almost Everything After Cross Progression Merge — Need Real Help
I’m posting here because I’m beyond frustrated and completely out of options.
When cross-progression was rolled out for Apex Legends around October 31, 2023, I merged my Xbox and PC accounts as prompted. After the merge, I lost almost everything I had earned or purchased over the years — the only thing that transferred was my level.
I’ve been playing Apex Legends since before Season 1 in 2019, primarily on Xbox (Gamertag: Skulkid01) and later on PC. I had a ton of skins, badges, event items, and cosmetics that were either earned through gameplay or paid for directly. I fully understand that platform-exclusive items (like PS+ or Founder Packs) don’t transfer — but that’s not what I lost. These were standard, non-exclusive cosmetics that should absolutely have carried over.
To make matters worse:
I’ve never unlinked my accounts at any point.
The missing content is absent from both platforms — not just one.
I’ve opened three separate support cases, and gotten nowhere. One was auto-closed, another just loops endlessly when I try to “Resume Case.” It feels like I’m being ignored.
To top it off, even my stats aren’t matching up. My overall kill count shows 720, but when I add up all my individual legend kills, it only totals 709. Something is clearly wrong with my account’s sync or data integrity.
All I want is for someone to take a real look at my account history and restore the missing content. I’ve put years into Apex — both time and money — and I shouldn’t have to jump through endless hoops to get back what I rightfully earned.
