Gotcha, thanks for clarifying.
This is an issue we're currently working to fix on Xbox, but in the meantime you can try changing the language on your console as discussed in the thread below.

this is how it looks after downloading the shaders. the game is frozen. today was a mini update. they messed something up.help him , we need to grind some rankeds please
