I did try changing my dns and it doesnt work

Most of the time when having network issues I have seen its outside of the users but also not our servers. Between those two points your network hits a lot of different servers that forward your data. If one of them have issues you will see it in game and experience laga or data loss.
Its not something we can help with and something you need to poke your ISP about, something on your network routing is hitting a bad server.
/AticWell then thank you for the suggestion but my isp wont come to fix that since its only affecting apex and the internet itself is working. But thank you anyways
