This is currently a know issue and EA will stay in touch with us to share us the latest updates.
The Apex server will be taken offline while they will do maintenance.

Update Respawn: 10:40am PST update: Until we have the issue resolved we recommend you do not buy or craft anything. We're working to give you folks an ETA.
