Yeah I have tried to repair and Verify it but the issue persists :/ and there hasn't been any files modified

Long shot but can you go to Control Panel > Sound> "Playback" tab, and right-click the sound output that is currently active. Select Properties>"Advanced"
Try selecting the 16 bit, 44100 Hz or the lowest value, Close Origin or EA Desktop, and launch Apex.
