Go to browser on a pc/mobile/tablet and open
https://www.playstation.com/en-au/games/apex-legends/
Then sign into PSN on playstation website
Then ADD APEX TO LIBRARY
(That reconnects your account to EA)

@AbC1082a1203818it also says something went Wrong when I press add to Library
I deleted the game and reinstalled as the first step in trying to fix it. So MAYBE that could help. BUT for me that didn’t fix it.
logging into psn in a browser and adding apex to library joined the account again to EA and fixed the issue.
maybe try changing your EA password too like it suggests (:
