You are talking about pinging but he is talking about latency. And please check your latency in game(at opening screen in the game) . It's should not be 1ms to 5ms anywhere in this world. 

i get a ping of 105--125ms can you help me out

your internet speed dont not matter if you live further away from the server i.e Singapore 

i have a 250 MBPS Internet connection with 250 down and 150 up speeds in Mbps

i live in Mumbai i get 60-67 ping when i connect to Singapore and 130 to London (Ms)

the further you are the longer it takes the single to reach and travel back to you *(this is called Ping) 

Bro i am in rajasthan and my ping from isp is always 1-2 still i im getting 94ms on apex servers how do you explain it now

Well you said it yourself.Your ping with your isp will always be low because the isp servers are near you, but the closest apex game servers are located in singapore.You can see the difference if you play pubg mobile in your network and comare it with apex.Pubg mobile will give you lower ping because pubg has game servers in india.Apex doesn't.This can be easily checked by switching the game region. Check out Australian or american servers, they will give you far higher ping.

bro i live in delhi and my ping in speedtest is 1ms mostly but still on singapore servers  i have ping >70

My very high ping

the speed is 100 mbps and ping latency is 16 still getting a ping of 70-80 

there is a solution to that which i discovered few days ago and its working for me and all of my friends and the solution is instead of downloading apex from steam downloading it from origin(the ea app) and u ll face no lag or latency there it works for me and my friends
