Thank you @EzyHawk, but I looked up if my CPU meets the minimum requirements. And found out that it does. I know its old, but it still has the minimum requirements.

minimum requirements is
OS: 64-bit Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core i3-6300 3.8GHz / AMD FX-4350 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor
RAM: 6GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 / Radeon HD 7730
GPU RAM: 1 GB
HARD DRIVE: Minimum 22 GB of free space
The cpu mentioned above was released:
Amd: 2013
Intel: 2015
And your cpu
AMD phenom II x6 1100t was released 2010,
So if you read "minimum requirements" your cpu is old and not supported and thats why you get this error.
(Generations before I3-6300 or FX-4350 is not guaranteed to work).
I recommend you to upgrade your gear, there is nothing we can do here to help you since the CPU is outdated and not supported.Thanks for helping!

I'm sorry for replying late, but does the "Intel Core i3-9100F" handle the minimum/recommended requirements for Apex Legends?
