Same here. I claim the items but the game acts like I have never claimed anything ☹️

YUP same thing with me as well.
EA account linked claimed the drops but none showing. Has tick saying they are claimed but nothing. My account is linked to twitch so whats the problem @EA
Ever since the new Anniversary event, I have claimed every Twitch drop but not have received any of them on game. I am not the only one I know of experiencing this unfortunately.
- @aTAGGtoRemember Same problem here even missing drops from 10 months ago, i ask twitch for help they say if all the accounts are linked and the drops are claimed they cant do anything, on the other hand i ask EA for help like 4 times and i always wait for them to answer in chat and they just disconnect me from it cause they have no answer, i tried to contact ea again today and i was told that they have nothing to do with this, problem is on my end lol what..
