Were you able to try reinstalling the game to see if that helps at all? It seems like this can happen because of corrupted game data in some cases, and a reinstall could help.

I'm having the same issue with crossplay turned off. Reinstalling the game didn't solve the issue. It's like no one is playing without crossplay, could it be?
What do you mean by a complete reinstall?
i play playstation i recently hit masters and i am trying to queue into a game but i just get stuck in the matching for a while and when it does load me in i get kicked out for connection and it says “error”
