Redeemed Apex Legends Promo Code but Items Not Received

Hello guys,

I recently encountered an issue with a promotional code redemption for Apex Legends.

I received a redemption code from a promotional event that was supposed to unlock a hero skin and a Flatline rifle skin. I redeemed the code via the EA Redeem platform at around 11:30 AM (Beijing Time) on August 7, 2025. The redemption process completed successfully, but when I logged into the game, I couldn’t find the corresponding items in my inventory.

Now, the code is showing as "used", but the skins are still missing from my account.

Could someone please help me check the redemption status and assist in resolving this issue? This situation is quite frustrating and I really hope it can be fixed soon.
