Just so you all are aware, this exact same thing happened almost exactly one year ago to this day. To preserve what you had in your account previous to this, do not play the game! I made the mistake of doing so, which forced me to have to grind all the way through the battle pass again last year. They never fixed it for me last year, and left quite a few of us high and dry.
