Re: [April 2nd] Lost account progress

@EA_MakoHi I have lost all season 20 progress, ranked and pubs, also event points.

The days before this issue, I lost the ranked banners from the previous seasons, now if I enter the game, messages are coming out, from Prime Gaming redemptions or old apex packs that I have already opened in the past.

I have played a match, but I'm not sure if it's better to not play the game

I have also lost 150 shards, I was waiting to choose an heirloom, so probably I have lost a lot more, in packs and skins...

Edit:

Also lost the battle pass progression (that I had bought and now I didn't have it)

Metals and Apex Coins are not updated I lost some of them

Heya, same here. Back to level 1. All recent progress lost. Including Chamions, skins, everything. Some even purchased with coins/cash.
This is really upsetting.
Hopy you guys can fix this asap.
