Re: Authentication error code 10000

I’ve not been able to get on the game for over year everytime I load it up, it disconnects me from my internet and I get an error code of 10000. I’ve put over 2k hours on the game and got 2 heirlooms, anyone had this issue ir if someone from ea sees this please help me. Ps5

    Can we ask what recent troubleshooting steps you've tried, if anything?

    This error is vaguely tied to authentication failure, a server connection issue, or a corrupted app cache.

    If you have already repaired files or reinstalled the game, can you try another internet connection -like your phone hotspot - to see if it happens on other networks? Alternatively, check NeoRegion4​  response below 👇as they seem to have fixed it after an update.

    i have deleted my cache from ps5 and redownloaded it fully disconnects me from my internet when I loaded it up after redownloading. I have tried my hotspot it still doesn’t work. I think my account has been hacked or something. I’ve got so many hours on the game and haven’t been able to play for so long
