Re: Ban History contains no information

hi, after trying to connect to apex (ps5) 

the portal says that my EA account has been ban, indeed in my ban historic i can see that im ban since feb 21 for cheating at fifa online. as i never played fifa there is no doubt of an dodgy hack and i would like justice. get back my account and start my journey on Apex.
