@EA_Mako Definitely ridiculous to do so without warning. I’ve seen nothing mentioning resetting BP progression anywhere. I don’t care about keeping voice lines and S19 counters. I want my time spent after work to matter. I think maybe I was right to stop playing a long time ago. Thanks.

That's bogus that I paid 30$ for a premium battle pass, and just because THEY decided cross progression was mandatory that I have to eat the 30$. I want it reinstated, or a refund.

Yo same here WTH! I lost everything. It’s showing my season stats as 0 kills and I lost all my BP when I literally grinder to plat 4 last night. WTH is happening? I purchased the premium battle pass too and wake up to my season progress wiped clean WTF

@CoFFinCoRn3R I had the exact same thing happened to me about 12 minutes ago. I don't even have a console account to merge with. I lost all the event packs i opened as well as the progress in the event track. My Battle pass lvl went from 65 to 1 and i lost the 950 coins i spent on it. My crafting materials also went from 11k to 7k

So why did I, that only has and ever had one account on xbox get my BP reset completey after yesterdays update? Is this an april fools prank I didn't know about?

I just logged in into apex on my ps4,which is the console I have been using for my whole life and I never switched,I got the cross progression is here message and ignored it because I don’t want to change the platform I play on,when I got to the lobby I noticed that my left went from 650 to 436 and my battle pass went back to tier 1(I was tier 110) and my s19 battle pass also went back to tier 1 (was 110) please help 

Same here, it is a euphemism to say that I'm rather gutted as I was nearing level ~80... All the skins and other items unlocked until the merge have been removed as well as all progression from the current event. <_<' I hope this is a temporary bug that they are going to fix soon...

me too. Progress loss. Battlepass reset. Apex packs lost. Past season rank badge lost. And this happens to a lot of people from i heard. really frustrated☹️

This happened to me aswell I was up until 1am grinding ranked too! I got to level 90 on the battlepass, and everything reset on the account merge. My steam account is my only account too I have never once played it on console. I lost around 70 account levels and all cosmetics bought and earned during the first split of the season. I paid for the battlepass and now it wants me to buy it again. All challenges were also reset. I am fuming.

This is a  rip off I lost everything my battle pass is back to zero what just happened 

same exact thing here and I don't even have any other accounts linked to my EA or Steam account, so I don't understand why it would even try to cross progress anything when I had nothing to progress over.

I don’t understand what’s happened. I switched to apex to play ranked and got the account merge screen. My other account was maybe level 20 at a push and had practically nothing. My main has been reset 30 or so levels, premium battle pass removed, progress in ranked, pubs and for each character gone. It’s everything that has happened in season 20 that’s changed. I want my items back aswell as some kind of compensation even if it’s a legendary pack just for the inconvenience as I’ve deleted the game to try fix it

same with me I have 6 event items and I was at BP level 50 I believe. This is heart wrenching bro smhhhhh

I didn't realize it and I bought event items at the first time cost, You guys won't take it back right ? I mean unless I get a refund?

Same here, I purchased everything in the battle pass and got the heirloom as well as the death box. I was around level 80 in the battle pass as well as level 370 something on the green prestige and now I’m back down to lvl 1 battle pass, level 303 prestige and no heirloom or skins. I lost all my season stat progress as well. Please fix this EA. 

Aaah yep, indeed, I forgot to mention that the general level of my account has been lowered too... I was 500++ and now I'm level 207 xD Are these just random numbers or...?

+1 here, this is the second time in a year...

1st I didn't do anything, but now I don't want to start everything over!

I lost everything from this season final fantasy event, battle pass, heirloom and shards. Respawn owes me like 500$
