Battlepass reset after account merge

My Battlepass progress I made on my PS5 was reset after account merge with my PC progress. My PC account was further in level so I understand the account level taking precedence. Also, everything mer...

    This would be the correct reason. Your BP level will be taken from the primary (highest level) account, so if you had a higher level on a non-primary account that would unfortunately be reset.

    While you would need to grind the levels again, any content you've already unlocked should remain available.

@a19f22debbca050f I've also just noticed Ive lost skins that I purchased during limited time events! This is UNREAL!

Same here, it is a euphemism to say that I'm rather gutted as I was nearing level ~80... All the skins and other items unlocked until the merge have been removed as well as all progression from the current event. <_<' I hope this is a temporary bug that they are going to fix soon...

    This happened to me aswell I was up until 1am grinding ranked too! I got to level 90 on the battlepass, and everything reset on the account merge. My steam account is my only account too I have never once played it on console. I lost around 70 account levels and all cosmetics bought and earned during the first split of the season. I paid for the battlepass and now it wants me to buy it again. All challenges were also reset. I am fuming.
