Beast of prey is most unoptimization update

@SleepinBirdIn this patch, I have freezes due to small ping spikes (5-15), but no ucmd delay icon (input lag). My sound gets bad not after every match, but about once every 10 matches. Sometimes when I enter the game, in the menu I see insane lags that disappear after 10 seconds. My hardware is ryzen 5 2600, gtx 1660ti, 16g ram 2666. I also noticed that sometimes in the menu, instead of the banner of the character, a black screen is displayed for several seconds, as if he did not have time to load. I didn't have any performance issues before this patch.
