@The_Tibber I have also tried going on RESPAWN website but this come up www.respawn.com’s server IP address could not be found. do you know why i can go on the website? and i check if the headset work again and it works THANK YOU!

  • Awesome, okay so press the Win key and type Edge and run the edge webbrowser.
Now try go to the respawn website and tell me if that works. (we can look at your webbrowser to be cleaned if thats the case)

  • Alright could you press the Win key and type: Msinfo

Then post me a screen cap of the window that pops up.

Ill be able to find your network driver and we can update that.

@The_Tibber It looks like it doesn't work. This getting frustration to not play APEX! Is it alot of people has this problem to because it feel like so

  • Hmm okay lets try something.

Can you connect to your router wifi through your phone and try to connect to respawn?

If you can't then dissconnect the power to your router wait 5min then plug it back in, once connected try connecting to respawn.

If it fails, even with using a different device but on the same network. It may require a router firmware update which i can guide you.

Obviously if we can connect to respawn through your phone and not the PC we know there is an issue with the PC

  • Alright, what router do you have? make and model.

there will be a sticker on it somewhere to tell you

    Make: jensen of scandinavia
Model: i dont know dident say

  • Okay,

open your webbrowser on your PC and put this into the address bar: 192.168.0.1

tap enter, if you get asked for a username and password try User: admin Password: 1234

Once in find the tools section and look for the parts that mention firmware upgrade.

Allow for the router to update.

Once done try going to respawn again.

and if that does not work it may require you to contact your ISP in which they may be able to find a solution at their end.

As we have just tested, its not your PC and you get the same result on your phone so its nothing to do with your hardware.

It could be something to do with your router or a connection fault with the ISP.

Also one more thing to try is changing your DNS.

Navigate to the DNS settings of your router and change it to:

    Primary     8.8.8.8

    Secondary 8.8.4.4

Apply or save if the option shows in your router menu and try respawn again.
