Comeback pass disappeared

Thanks for the post to let us know what happened! 

I'm afraid we aren't able to manually add this pass back to an account, just to be clear. That said, we can certainly pass along the information to help try and track down whatever caused this to happen in your situation. 

This was on PC through the EA app, is that right? Are you able to try logging in on any other platforms like Steam to see if the pass is still missing there as well?

Since you had already repaired the game without any change I wouldn't expect it to show back up just using a different launcher, but trying it on EA app instead of Steam could help confirm whether it's potentially an account level issue.

That would, again, just be more information we can pass along rather than letting us add the pass, but may be worth checking if you're able and it's not overly restrictive (don't re-download just to test if you have data caps, for example).

Well, I can’t launch the game from the EA app since it’s downloaded on Steam, so I guess we won’t be able to check that. 
I understand that I won’t be getting my pass back, but is there no compensation either? In any case, thank you for your time.

Hey mine just disappeared after one day. Is there any way to get this back? and i’m on playstation
