Have you unlinked/relinked your Xbox platform account?

Keep in mind that account data is stored on the EA account, not the platform account (e.g. Xbox, PSN, Switch, Steam)
Relinking one of your platform accounts to a different EA account will not move the progress that you made on that platform.
If you want to be able to access your data again, you'll need to relink your platform account back to the EA account it was originally connected to.

Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it. So I did check my ea account to try and unlink and relink my gamer tag. However it says I cannot unlink my until February. I’m wondering if there is a limit of some sort. I am hoping once cross progression hits, it will sort itself out when it coverts my PC progression to Xbox.

Sometimes you won't be able to unlink it due to security reasons.
You could try to contact EA Support and see if they can do anything about it.
