Hey, don't worry about them.
What you are having is a bug that is currently being investigated.
Sadly there isn't much you can do at the moment but we will keep you up to date on this. 🙂

Thank you I just hate this bug because i want to play the game i love but the bug is not allowing that and it is annoying

Are there any official fixes to this issue yet? I just experienced the same problem today and haven’t had any luck yet resolving this. 

Also having this issue… can only play starting 7 characters also. Very annoying.

I thought after the new update for the new season would fix it. Hasnt....so annoying

This bug is over 4 month old now and EA has barely acknowledge the issue. All we get is that they hope to fix it soon. It's not even on the official Trello Board. For all we know they are no closer to fixing the bug today as they were four months ago. It sucks being locked out two seasons in a row now. 

Same situation. 
Same EA account for PC and PS5. No issue en PC, but different profile and bug on PS5. 

Here it is August 12th and this bug still exist. Can’t select anything but play and club tabs and the game says I’m -9999 on all 3 types of materials. Game lets me ready up but glitches in and out and never loads in. EA?!? 

I have the same problem bro, I saw u posted this in May and I’m wondering if u found the fix yet
