Re: Can't buy Apex coins on Steam since Feb. 14, 2024

Hello EA Team,

I've been having this recurring issue where I have money in my steam wallet, but when I try to purchase in-game coins it pops up the steam authorize window and I press "Authorize" then nothing happens.

I was trying to purchase the 6700 deal for x100 Apex Packs and now its ending soon and i'm afraid I put so much money into the steam wallet and now I won't be able to purchase the deal offer...

Weirdly enough, I tried purchasing the 6700 coins and it didn't work, tried the 4150 apex coins pack for 39.99€ and it worked, then I tried to purchase the rest to accumulate to 6700 Apex Coins with 10.00€ for 1000 Apex Coins and the 2150 one aswell, and doesn't work again...

I've tried contacting Steam Support and all they left me with was a very cop out answer of "Your transactions for this game have been temporarly disabled"... Which doesn't do me any good at all, this is very frusterating really.

Any ideas on how I could fix this EA? Is it locking me out on purchases? I'm a grown man I know what i'm doing, I just want to purchase the deal and open packs, let me know please if theres any fix to this or if i could add extra details for you guys to fix up my account in this issue.
